Name & address for gifts over €100
Under the Electoral Act 1997 (as amended), The Sovereignty Party may not accept a donation exceeding €100 unless both the donor's name and address are known. If your gift is over €100, please complete the donor details on the form so your donation can be accepted.
Annual limit of €2,500 per donor
The Party may not accept more than €2,500 from the same donor in a calendar year. We check this before checkout and will let you know if a gift would exceed it.
Record keeping
Your donor details and donation value are recorded securely so the Party can meet its obligations to the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO), including the political donations account and annual donation statement.
Donations from your own funds
Please give only on your own behalf. If a donation is made on behalf of another person, the name and address of the person on whose behalf it is made must be supplied — contact us before giving.
